Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a therapy that encompasses both the human being as a whole (physical, emotional and energetic body) and its environment. Thanks to the tools he possesses, the naturopath is a health specialist capable of identifying disorders, relieving them, promoting healing, and above all, helping the patient regain a state of well-being and health.
The objective of naturopathy is to find the root causes of disorders, to correct them by stimulating the body’s self-healing processes, and to help the patient regain his or her ability to adapt and regulate.
This is achieved through various natural techniques and a fully personalized support that takes into account the patient in his globality and reality.

Sixtine Aversano
ASCA & RME member
After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sixtine felt the need to broaden her practice and naturally turned to naturopathy—a discipline that places the individual at the center of their well-being, taking into account the body, mind, and emotions. She trained as a Naturopath at the EPSN in Lausanne, where she earned her diploma in Traditional European Medicine in 2019. She is registered with ASCA and RME, and also holds the OrTra MA certificate.
Her human-centered, rigorous, and individualized approach aims to understand the root causes of imbalances in order to act sustainably on her patients’ health.
Specialized in functional medicine, she relies in particular on the analysis of biological markers (blood, urine, gut ecosystem) to identify deep-seated imbalances and to propose 100% natural, targeted, and personalized protocols. This scientific approach makes it possible to accurately pinpoint potential causes of disorders—such as deficiencies, chronic inflammation, hormonal imbalances, digestive dysfunctions, oxidative stress, etc.—and to define an appropriate treatment plan to correct them.
Each consultation begins with a comprehensive medical history (anamnese), allowing for a complete overview of the patient’s physical and emotional health. This may be supplemented by functional testing depending on the patient’s needs.
Her approach is intended for anyone seeking to regain lasting well-being and balance, naturally support their medical conditions, optimize their health, better understand their physiology, or support their body during key moments in life.
With this holistic vision of health, Sixtine works closely with other specialists at the MAZ Clinic to provide multidisciplinary and sustainable care.
